This apartment is located in new or recently renovated building. Therefore it is also quite fresh and well maintained. it has a separate bedroom with good bed. It has full kitchen with all necessities incl dishwasher. WiFi works well. There were 2 fans (1 small and 1 big). In case of questions help was provided swiftly. Few supermarkets, tram and bus stop nearby. Very easy to arrive to the apartment from train station.
As windows are facing the street, it is pretty noisy in the apartment (when windows are open). Also neighbourhood is a bit spooky. As we stayed longed, I would have appreciated also some cleaning equipment in the apartment. At the same time there are items that are not needed (plastic plants etc). Places to put your things are extremely limited. This can be very uncomfortable at colder seasons, when there are more clothes.

Top ausgestattet liegt zentral alles perfekt
Das die Wohnung direkt vor der straßbahn Station ist dementsprechend is es auch sehr laut aber mit zugemachten Fenstern geht es klar!

Sehr schön eingerichtet
Leider nur eine Bettdecke im Doppelbett, Duschtücher sind Handtücher und Handtücher sind Gästehandtücher (alles zu klein), im TV sind keine normalen Kanäle verfügbar (ORF, RTL...) Babybett störte und nahm viel Platz weg, Bett stand an einer Seite an der Wand an (in meinem Fall war es sogar praktisch, da ich mit Kind reiste, aber als Paar ist es sehr unpraktisch)

Das Apartment ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Beistellbett für den Kleinen war sehr komfortabel. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, die Küchenzeile sehr gut ausgestattet. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist direkt am Wohnhaus. Es gibt genügend lokale in der Umgebung.
Die Fensterfront ist an einer vielbefahrenen Straße mit Straßenbahnverkehr. Es war bei geschlossenen Fenstern zwar etwas ruhiger, leider stieg die Temperatur zu sehr an. So führte die Entscheidung zwischen Hitze oder Lärm zum mehrmaligen Öffnen und Schließen der Fenster während der Nacht.
