Erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Pikku puutteita: vain kaksi wc-paperirullaa valmiina ja vain yhdet lakanat kolmen viikon oleskeluun. Mutta lisää kotitekstiilejä sain pyynnöstä. Keittiönurkkaus on tosi pieni mutta kaikki tarvittava on, uunia ja asianpesukonetta ei ole. Mutta kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin toimiva pikku studio.
Remontoitu mutta hyvin edullisesti. Keittiötila hyvin ahdas. Suihkutila muoviverholla ja pienehkö isolle miehelle. Äänieritys talossa hyvin espanjalainen eli olematon.
