Lady Peckett's Yard

Fantastic location, cosy and small but big enough for our group of 4, we ordered the silver birthday package and the decorations looked great! We had one very happy birthday girl

Minor inconvenience was that the sheet provided did not fit the sofa bed, I guess this was just a cleaner error leaving a single sheet instead of a double, but again, no big deal we still loved the room

Lady Pecketts yard is just fab, brilliant location,fab apartment everything you need and immaculately clean and I have OCD fab fresh towels and bedding A* from me and I big thank you to Luke the owner for letting us in early to get changed for our concert. He explained everything in detail about the property and parking. What a lovely lad. Definitely be using again on our next trip to York.

Great location, cozy and homely, a real effort has been made to make you feel welcome. The most comfortable bed gives this a high rating and the managers were responsive and helpful. We’d definitely book again!

Great location, fantastic communication throughout despite a mishap with the cleaning not being done bh checkout

Mishap with cleaners not arriving before previous visitors checkout time, therefore passing into our check-in time. understand this is not owners fault and cleaners arrived by 15 mins after check in time. After cleaners arrived bathroom was not cleaned to standard when we got back (bath was dirty). Pub across the road is very loud, crashing bottles into the recycling bin all hours of the night. Also bed broken on arrival, half of the bed was dipped- so we lifted up the mattress and found x5 of bed panels had broken and were not screwed in therefore we had to do a temporary fix ourselves. Bathroom is tired bath panel is cracked and open. Needs a bit of general TLC. But amazing communication from the owner, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. As well as amazing location, central York, close to shambles etc.
