Perfect central location. Very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed. Basics for tea & coffee, bathroom products provided.

It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. The owner was friendly and always just a message away if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again and happily recommend it to friends and family.

Central location, with parking only a 3 minute walk away. Close to local pubs, shops and restaurants. A true home from home feel upon arrival - spotless, comfortable and a great apartment all round. Will definitely be back!

The only thing, and this is preference rather than complaint, the mattress is really soft.

Great location, fantastic communication throughout despite a mishap with the cleaning not being done bh checkout

Mishap with cleaners not arriving before previous visitors checkout time, therefore passing into our check-in time. understand this is not owners fault and cleaners arrived by 15 mins after check in time. After cleaners arrived bathroom was not cleaned to standard when we got back (bath was dirty). Pub across the road is very loud, crashing bottles into the recycling bin all hours of the night. Also bed broken on arrival, half of the bed was dipped- so we lifted up the mattress and found x5 of bed panels had broken and were not screwed in therefore we had to do a temporary fix ourselves. Bathroom is tired bath panel is cracked and open. Needs a bit of general TLC. But amazing communication from the owner, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. As well as amazing location, central York, close to shambles etc.
