The room was perfect! All the amenities you could think of minus food. 😁 Even has a fridge, microwave and washing machine with a dryer. The staff are amazing too.
There are a lot of loud homeless people around there and the tram was right out my window.

Difficult to figure out the parking situation. Initially got locked in the parking garage 😂

Love the atmosphere, welcoming, cozy yet luxurious. The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were excellent, high quality, elegant, and state-of-the-art.
The welcome and pre-check in instructions arrived in my email a bit late and I was traveling so parking instructions at the time of reservation confirmation would have been appreciated. I spent extra on parking, doubled paying for a few hours. There is a resolution to the issue i just havent taken the extra time to correct it. That was the only issue I had. Wonderful place to stay. I extended my stay and didn't want to leave. 😀
