Location was 11/10, cleanliness 11/10, building amenities 11/10, view 11/10. Front desk staff very attentive. Coffee bar with snacks appreciated. Appreciated recycling bins in room and each floor by elevators.
Bathroom hooks could use better placement. Small table and nightstand lamps too top heavy. Room could use USB jacks. No true desk space for work or makeup application. Area by door empty could use a shelf for organization or hook rack for coats/shopping bags/backpack.

Great location. Walking distance from everywhere I went and more. Room would have been great if I stayed longer too being it had a washer dryer and dishwasher.
Could have had more space weather counter or shelves in the bathroom.

It was a short walk from the Convention Center.
The mezzanine lounge with free coffee was a nice perk, but it lacked wifi.
