We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. As someone with food Allergies it was super handy to have two kitchens. Will rebook for our next trip to PHX.

The host was very nice to work with. There were several things that I would want to warn others about.
The address listed in the VRBO and Expedia listed the home in the NORTH - however it is the SOUTH....this is not a great neighborhood. We did not feel safe walking at night. There was a shooting (2 people died) the night we arrived. A few blocks from us.
The walls of the home were scuffed a lot and the cleaning was good but not excellent. The knobs on the stove were very grimy.
The home lists a BBQ and fireplace to use- yet there was no propane at all. The host wanted us to fill up the tanks! (???). We paid thousands to stay 5 nights over NYE.
A homeless person walked into the backyard while we were sitting out there...the person quickly left. It looked like they wanted to take a shower (outdoor shower) or use the hot tub.
The host was quick to respond and helped with 2 issues that were there when we arrived. Very grateful for his help on those 2 things.
The house and cottage slept 10 people comfortably in the 5 bedrooms. The beds are cheaply made- maybe Ikea or worse and just thin metal legs for support on all the king and queen beds.
The kitchen was great and we cooked most of our meals there. We used Walmart delivery for our items.
We are grateful for our stay and safety but do warn that the area is not the best.
