This home offers a rare combination of a beautifully styled main house, a fully detached private casita, and a resort-style backyard — ideal for families, groups, and multi-generational stays of up to 12 guests.
The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked for real-world cooking and gathering. Sleeping options in the main house include a primary suite with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The detached casita offers its own entrance and private space, making it perfect for guests who want added separation. Inside the casita, you’ll find a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette.
Step outside into a resort-style backyard designed for relaxation and play. Enjoy evenings in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or challenge your group to glow golf, ping pong, or life-size chess. The desert landscaping and multiple outdoor seating areas create a peaceful setting that feels like a private oasis.
The property is pet friendly, welcoming well-behaved pets so the whole family can travel together.

The Arcadia retreat was a great place for our family to stay comfortably for three nights while in Phoenix. The Casita was perfect for our daughter and son-in-law and their one year-old son as they had their own private detached house! The air-conditioning in both houses worked beautifully and we were extremely comfortable in the home. The yard was a playground for Young and Old alike. Although we did not use it, we plan on returning to make full use of it soon! Jeremy was extremely responsive to any question we had. Great location close to Biltmore and Scottsdale and lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Highly recommended property in Phoenix!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO. The rooms were nicely furnished, comfortable, and spacious. The house was stocked with many thoughtful amenities. But the real standout was the outdoor space. Mini golf, fire pit, cornhole, giant chess, darts, a hot tub with outdoor TV -- it was awesome. The place was also very conveniently located to the things we wanted to see in Phoenix. Would 100% stay again.
