Location and room was wonderful! Easy access to get the key, check in and out, room was excellent (black out curtains was nice!) Everything was clean and tidy.
There was an issue with the TV, however it was swiftly resolved. The only small issue was that the pool was freezing and so I was unable to use it :( Not sure if it is normally not heated or what (it wasn't just cold, it was freezing).

Nice outdoor rooftop pool! Gym was good. Very comfortable bed and useful kitchen. Location was good split between downtown and midtown but would've preferred a little closer to the rail line
Getting the key fob was a huge hassle. We tried three different keys, each one requiring going back downstairs to the wall of lockboxes, and ended up having to switch rooms. Hosts were pretty responsive via text and phone, and we got it figured out, but over an hour between arrival and getting into the room was pretty bad. I'm hoping this was a rare fluke but who knows. Also having only one key fob was inconvenient.
