it was spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the needed supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. washing machine and drier were very helpful. we haven’t time to use the pool but it was accessible and looked very nice and clean. the neighborhood is safe and with lots of places to eat and enjoy, a very nice coffee bar and a family restaurant close by (The Farish house) the host was very helpful and responded quickly. trying to offer us best solutions. we would like to use this accommodation if we come again to Phoenix

AC a little noisy sometimes

Cleanliness, comfort and size of the place.

The person at the desk was not welcoming at all.

Location and size of the apartment was great. Ample underground parking but large vehicles beware as the space is tight. The weekly rate was much better value than staying at a hotel. Host was very responsive on messaging.

Key collection wasn't the most straightforward especially when we arrived late at night. The AC above the closet is a little loud but we just kept the closet closed. We feel that the cleanup required (trash and recycling hauled and dishes in dishwasher should be included in the $100 cleaning fee.

Il est assez compliqué de récupérer les clefs. J'ai reçu plusieurs relances pour quitter l'appartement à l'heure sous peine de pénalités financières. Ce n'est jamais agréable de recevoir ce type de messages (aucun autre établissement réservé ne pratique de cette façon)
