Enjoy this newly remodeled and professionally decorated home in a centrally-located neighborhood. Just mins away from Arcadia, Camelback, Biltmore Fashion Park, & Phoenix Children’s Hospital. It’s proximity to both the 51 and 202 fwys allows you to get to many major destinations in the Greater Phoenix Area in 20 mins or less. It's fully equipped with all your basic amenities, fast wi-fi, 65" TV, laundry room, & private backyard.

- Window looking out to backyard
- Fun coffee bar equipped with a fine selection of k-cups for the Keurig machine, tea bags, sugar, and creamer

- Comfortable bedding with extra blankets

Great property! Loved the hospitable touches from the coffee and tea selection to the outdoor seating area. We felt right at home. The outskirts of the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but where the home is located is absolutely quiet and beautiful!
