Facility amenities, and location
Not enough face towels requested, nerver recieved. Racks or shelfs are needed in shower to hold body wash, shower gel, or soap, Or add dispenser which hold these items. The entry code for door and temperture app didn't work as stated The next door neighbor called maintance to help us as well. The parking situation is terrible there were no instruction on the fridge as stated. There were questionable stains on the couch , a broken lamp shade and the TV stand stands out to far to safely walk around the bed.

Location was great. Hosts were able to send out help to open the unit fairly quickly. Good customer service. +
Trouble obtaining the initial key. Lockbox does not work, had to call for help. Unit does not lock correctly when leaving. Limited linens, there was only one very small set of towels that barely fit an adult.
