House was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable and rooms good size. Communications with owner really good. Answered all my pre booking queries quickly.
Not sure fans count as air conditioning and gardens front and back need a lot of work. Cleaner turned up an hour before check out time which meant we were rushed leaving.

We had a great stay in this property, it had everything we needed and was perfectly positioned for Twickenham for the rugby. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Location and neighborhood good as a base to visit nearby attractions albeit noisy but to be expected. Number of bedrooms and shower rooms good and plenty of seating. Large garden. Friendly host
There was a total lack of smoke detectors ( a legal requirement) and didn't see the carbon monoxide detector either. A lack of security as all door locks and many windows needed repair. Suggest this needs to rectified immediately. Cleanliness of kitchen and shower rooms could have been a lot better. Tidiness and contents of kitchen cupboards needs improvement. A dedicated bin area would also help
