I liked the house overall, but it was a shame that the downstairs bathroom only had hot water and no cold water, and the shower hose in the upstairs bathroom was broken. For a family of six, the garden only had enough furniture for four people.
The sofa was too small for all of us, the downstairs shower was far too small and the water pressure was very low.

It would be helpful if the check-in documentation and damage deposit process were handled through the Booking.com platform or a more secure verification system rather than external email. Some additional information about parking and housekeeping services before arrival would also improve the guest experience.
