Grand Apartments Kew Gardens

Quite far from central London. Flat is beginning to look tired. Will benefit from touch up in some places.

Space and layout of flat, clean and tidy, good location. Host was contactable and tried her best to resolve problems of finding the right flat, along with concierge for the whole development, who thankfully was available on the second site.

Communication by whats ap which I never look at normally,. Key at one address in bazaar location, with map to get to different address for flat...with no useful indication of how to park and where which block from several was located......once key to parking obtained from flat a short drive away.....no idea where underground car park was or how to get through security gates once found (each button opened a different gate but nothing to tell us this). All of which meant after arrival at address we booked, it took a couple of hours before we were free to enjoy our holiday....Fan to bathroom wining at a penetrating pitch all night meaning sleep was difficult in one of the bedrooms.

Excellent location, clean and modern interior, all appliances work, just a perfect flat to live in!

It was spacious. Ramona our host was lovely.

It was not the same as the photos on Booking.com. The address was different. Noise from the football pitch next door prevented any real sleep. Facilities were sparse.
