Blissful one bed near the River

Location good and central.

Very bare. Need to spend money on providing utensils. For example no board or bread knife. Had to cut bread in plate with a small slicing knife. Fairly generic and impersonal feel. Also the common areas of the building dirty and not well maintained.

Very comfortable bed, excellent quiet location while being close to public transport. Very good value for money. Proactive communication and helpful initial meeting.

Can't think of anything

The location. Apartment clean, bright and airy. The balcony was very welcome. Our contact was very helpful in providing anything we requested, eg a second chair for the balcony. Also the cleaner, ? Jauo who was there (by chance?) to let us into the building and our apartment and to explain everything.

It could have been a little better equipped, eg there was a brush but no dustpan. Perhaps an inventory needed before guests arrive? The staff member we expected to meet had left before we arrived, although she’d been informed we were on our way.

The bath plug didn't work, and Sarah didn't respond when I messaged her about it. The shower head needs decalcifying. There is no water pressure, and water squirts out in all directions Chipped plates Absolute bare minimum in terms of crockery and cutlery Bed and sofabed could do with replacing as they offer no support and are uncomfortable. Flat needs painting as it's grubby, and there are dirt and scuff marks all over the walls The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing or at least a good clean Windows are filthy The freezer was caked with ice, and one of the drawers was missing
