Great location, clean and well apportioned. Good value for families.
Only the stairs, but it’s a top floor flat and was advised beforehand. Helped get the steps in too!

Very clean Excellent layout. Comfortable beds. Good location
Lack of some basics, not enough bowls, cups and teaspoons (only 2) Some storage or hooks could improve two of the bedrooms. Lack of flexibility when we asked to check in an hour earlier. Says newly refurbished but I think this was a while ago. Dining table considerably marked.

Apartment is as per the pictures. Very clean, good location. Friendly staff.
A little noisy from the traffic but expected being on the main road. Soft mattress.

The location was really great (about 3 minutes from the train station and tube station). The kitchen has a modern feel. We received all relevant information about the accommodation in a very reader-friendly format in just one email.
My complaints are: One bed sheet was very dirty. However, after complaining, we were given a new one without any fuss. There was still coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived. The apartment was not very clean, but just about adequate.
