Bedrooms and kitchen were very clean and big enough for all of the people living there (7 people including two children) and parking was handy.
Only problem which wasn’t very big being as it was winter but the garden’s facilities like balls and a basket ball hoop were a bit tattered and old so we didn’t really get the change to play outside as everything was a bit broken.

The location was great to visit KEW gardens, via the Syon Lane train station (which is just 250 m of the house) it is just a few minutes to get to KEW bridge station which is close to the Elisabeth gate of KEW gardens. The house was comfortable for the five of us, clean and well kept. The showers are good, but the bathrooms are a bit on the small side. The host communicated promptly when asked questions.
Planes fly overhead and start flying at 6 AM in the morning, so If you are a light sleeper this might bother you, we used earplugs.

Unterkunft war super Sauber. Kleiner garten. Alles vorhanden. Freundliche Gastgeberin. Gute Kommunikation. Tesco extra in 10min Fußweg. Bahn Haltestelle Syon Lane in 5 min Fußweg. (30 min bis Waterloo).
Für 8 Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein (wir hatten 4 Kids dabei, ging gerade. Tisch durfte etwas größer sein.

Comfortable and cosy spacious home from home. Lovely outdoor area too. Very clean, host lives next door who was very welcoming and a great source of local information. Great for plane spotting which we all loved.
Squeaky single bed on the ground floor and found downstairs shower room difficult to lock.
