Brilliant little find honestly. The location is spot on, everything nearby and really easy to get around. And for the price, you genuinely can't complain. I've paid more for far less elsewhere. Clean, comfortable, exactly as described. Would book again no question.

The location was excellent. Just a £6-8 Uber into the city centre. We were seeing a band at the Co-op Live centre and it was easy to navigate to, there and back. We couldn't get a cab on the way back and it was a moderate but acceptable walk. The lockbox for key pick up was described and the communication from our hosts were excellent. There was everything you could need although we didn't spend a huge amount of time in the house as we had things planned in Manchester. The price and value for money of the accommodation was excellent. Yes, its a bit outside the main part of Manchester but this can be a good thing for both price and noise. No noise at all and a very comfortable sleep.

There was very little not to like. There were a few bits and pieces but our hosts sorted them very quickly and they were always available if required. No hassle stay.
