Brilliant and Comfortable😊

It was nice and comfortable with all the facilities needed were in the house. Really enjoyed 😉 2 nights stay . Rooms were good 👍 too . It was a family holidays and kids did enjoy too as there were some toys for the kids available. Thumbs 👍 up to the host Alice as well. Kept me updated with all the info we needed. Such a nice person.

There was little dust in the sofa up in the room. But it was not that bad. So not a negative review just saying it .

No frills accommodation for those that are not fussy!

The bedding was clean, and the property was spacious. There was free street parking outside the property, and it was close to the wedding venue that we had come for. It was also close to supermarket. It is also close to peak district, which is worth a visit!

I wouldn't stay here again because it was below the cleansiiness, and it smelt old, although the cleaner did put wall plug scents which helped. The bath shower doesn't work so it changes from extremely hot to extremely cold within seconds.

Nice, clean, well equipped home

Very clean, fresh, and welcoming house. It feels like getting home. Towels so freshly scented, clean bedding, and kitchen very well equipped with lots of additional useful stuff, even raincoats provided. Absolutely great host, forward thinking and putting customer's needs first. Everything we needed provided, and much more.

The house needs updating, especially upstairs. One of the bedroom doors is not closing (,broken by the last guests). Very soft mattress, really not good for me but good for others, we have different preferences. Additional toilet downstairs would be very handy.

Look past reviews great value very very clean

Area might not seem the best but look past that.£9,into city centre in taxi. Cosy £7 to heaton park. Lots of facilities around it small shopping centre maccies kfc. Very clean decoration coukd do with updating. But spacious very thing you need person whonpened it had great communication. Plenty of towels for the price was great. Would deffinately stay again.

The house was falsely advertised. Stated 2 bedrooms had double beds and single beds we certainly didn’t expect one of us to have to sleep on a blow up bed and at 6 foot definitely not. The health and safety of the house was below standard and would not met safety regulations as there was exposed wires from light fitting and plug sockets that were hanging off the wall as ones that sparked when pulling plugs out. There was 2 half rolls of toilet roll left for 4 of us for two nights and the bath was a disgrace dirty under the bath mat. There was cigarette ends left on the door step at the back and the door steps were were dangerous. The cooker would not pass safety regulations as there are no parking left on it ti know settings etc. there was mould in the living room and as an asthmatic was not good. It was very poor standard completed to ones we have previously stated in for the same price. For me though it’s the safety that needs to be looked at. Also a bong had been left which I don’t think is appropriate.

Overall a Comfortable, pleasant stay for 2 nights.

Extremely comfy beds, close to Coop Live Arena where we attended a concert, good value for money. Host was easily contactable.

Few facilities need attention like Shower head not attached to wall in bathroom and rain coming in through bathroom ceiling Friday evening. Curtain pole loose in main bedroom, so when you pull the curtains it kept falling down.

Very homely feel

Lovely place. Warm. Comfortable beds and all appliances needed. Really well equipped kitchen. Salt, sugar, tea, coffee, and spices available in the kitchen. Toiletries too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Could have an extra bathroom, especially for larger number of guests, or at least a toilet in the ground floor. There isn't a way to attach the showerhead to the wall so you have to shower with it on your hand. Would have loved a dishwasher but I know it's not necessary.

Tudo perfeito, desde o perfume em toda a casa, cozinha muito bem equipada, camas confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade, banheiro com sabonete, shampoo, creme disponível. Super recomendo.
