The size of living and kitchen space
The road leading to the car park was awful if you have a big car like myself you will struggle to get out from that tiny car park to the road (extremely narrow).

Property was fine as a base to explore Mevagissey and surrounding area.
Shower was not working correctly - water coming out of the bottom of an electric shower. This was reported on day 2 of the 7 day rental and was not fixed before we left. Yard at back of property was covered in seagul droppings - vey unhygienic - could not even let the dogs out - needs a good pressure spray to clean. Front of property covered in weeds - not maintained.
