We had no information about car parking facility, directions to the property or where to retrieve the key to get in to the apartment. I had to ring up for this information after we had arrived at the apartment. This morning I received an email accusing us of stealing 4 Bath & 4 hand towels & damaging a plastic washing up bowl. How dare they. We are 4 ladies in our late 60’s early 70’s & have never stolen anything in our lives. - how dare you.

Location was good,but you should tell people the amount of steps to the door ! We helped one another so was okay !
Homely, warm, comfortable beds clean linen was good quality.Everything you needed in the kitchen equipment selection.

Location, albeit the entrance being blocked by restaurant staff was a little off putting, but once inside the views were great.
It’s a little tired, could do with a spruce up. Also the lock didnt work so had to get a locksmith. Also sash windows kept sticking.
