Ground floor: entrance hall leading to the living room with a sofa bed (sleeps an additional person), fitted kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony, WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bathroom with WC.
Access via a steep staircase to the garage/storage room, which leads to the private courtyard at garden level. Washing machine in the garage.
Fiber optic internet via a set-top box. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and Apple TV channels.
For babies: cot and high chair.
Outside: a private walled courtyard of 120 m², currently being landscaped.
Private outdoor parking (1 space) and free public parking.
Garage available for motorcycles and bicycles.
Only small dogs under 15 kg allowed.
