In the heart of Grande Champagne, 7 km from COGNAC AND JARNAC, this old Charentaise farmhouse will seduce you with its simplicity and authenticity
On the ground floor you will find a large fitted kitchen and a spacious living room in a Grande Champagne atmosphere with convertible sofa
a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a laundry area
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with 160 cm bed 2 beds 1. 40 and 2 beds of 0. 90, a bathroom and WC
The East facing house opens onto a shaded garden with outdoor equipment, sunbathing, barbecue etc.
A huge meadow of more than one hectare adjoins the main house with access to the river - Children's play area - large outbuildings for large family reception
the cottage is located in a village with all amenities
The ocean is 80 km, Bordeaux and Poitiers a hundred km
bikes are available free of charge - possibility of walks along the
Charente river As well as in the Cognaçais vineyard
Visit of the Big Houses of Cognac, navigation on the Charente, canoe

Superbe maison à la campagne, très bien équipée et gérante accueillante et très disponible. Nous avons passé un très beau week-end.

Bon gîte pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants, la cour jardin fermée est un grand plus. Tous les commerces indispensables du village sont accessibles à pied. Bon emplacement par rapport à Cognac

très belle demeure,grands volumes,très bien agencé pour un groupe de plus de 8 personnes.
très calme très reposant avec tout le matériel nécessaire.
( vaisselle, service à raclettes , cafetière etc.....
Tout très cool.
Ne manquait que internet ( suite à problème de ligne bien expliquée de la part de la proprietaire.
