We had a wonderful two weeks at this property in mid-September. It is situated just a 15 minute walk from the small town, next to a very friendly Pineau / Cognac distillery. Most mornings I would walk to the boulangerie for breakfast provisions. There is a very friendly local bar too with good food and an excellent butcher’s shop too, as well as a Coop.
The property is full of character with everything we needed. As my husband is paralysed, we did require our own shower chair but the wet room was ideal and we had no problems at all. The bed had even been kindly raised so he could transfer more easily. He has a bike attachment for his wheelchair and we had many delightful treks down the quiet country roads.
We feel so lucky to have found such a charming place in such a relaxed setting. It was everything we were looking for. Many thanks.

We were in france for a family wedding, the house had everything we needed and could not have asked for better accomodation x
