Enjoy a peaceful stay on the edge of the forest, less than 5 minutes from Chalais and close to Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, a picturesque village with a beach. Discover this beautiful Charentaise farmhouse and its terrace with panoramic views beneath a centuries-old linden tree. In this haven of peace and nature, disconnect and relax during your stay.



This house offers everyone, young and old, their own space to unwind. Its coolness in summer is especially pleasant. Recharge and create unforgettable memories with family or friends around the plancha.



You will also have the chance to try dry toilets during your stay.



The gîte features 5 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a large room equipped with a child’s bed and a double bed (160 cm), a dressing area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and two separate dry toilets. Sheets and towels are provided.



A ping-pong table and plancha are also available.



Children’s area: desk with drawing materials, non-connected TV with DVD player and a wide selection of DVDs, children’s literature library, music on a record player, various board games for all ages, and pretend play toys (play kitchen, Playmobil, Kapla).



Electricity is available for an extra fee from October 1 to March 30 if daily use exceeds 13 kWh.
