About this cottage rental
Ground floor: living room with kitchen, laundry room, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), 1 bedroom with two trundle beds that convert into a queen-size bed (160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet.
DVD player, home cinema system, radio, stereo.
Terrace, private enclosed landscaped courtyard.
In July and August, upon request to the owner and depending on weather conditions: private land on the banks of the Charente River for fishing and picnics, approximately 2 km away, shared with the other gîte.
4 bicycles available upon request, including 1 equipped with a child seat. Shared built-in barbecue with the second gîte.
Baby equipment available upon request: cot, baby bath, changing mat, high chair, potty.
Heating: pellet stove (15kg bag of pellets = €12.50) + electric convectors (electricity charged separately).
Bed linen and towels available for hire upon request. Regular cleaning available during your stay.
Fiber optic internet connection: TV service included. Certified for accessibility for people with intellectual and hearing disabilities. This charming cottage is housed in a beautiful stone building in a peaceful village near the Charente Valley.
The price does not include: Bed linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, firewood, or pet supplement.

Lovely clean house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The fridge stopped working and the host had a new fridge installed the very same day. Fantastic service.
