About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 194 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Migron, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The home is composed as follows:
- An 80 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) overlooking the garden and pool.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Siemens steam oven, Ninja Air Fryer Max...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), large dressing room and bathroom
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200) with shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 12 m² swimming pool (private, unheated: from May 15 to October).
- A beautiful 4,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Migron, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Cognac Museum
- Visit the town of Burie (Capital of Pineau des Charentes).
- Tree climbing.
- Cycling in the vineyards.
Transportation :
- By car: you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (5 to 6 vehicles).
- Nearest train station: Cognac (25 minutes by car); Saintes (29 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle (1h18 by car).

- Free WiFi available
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost of €30 per person (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- One pet is accepted free of charge
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Non-contractual opening dates.

A very restful week. The house was very well equipped and ideally located to visit local attractions.
The sheep in the farm opposite were very amusing and gave us quizzical looks every time we passed.

Fabulous pool, sparklingly clean.

All very clean and in good order. The layout was perfect for us as two couples and plenty of room for eight. Just what we expected and as it was on the website. Easy to make contact with the Owner and the Manager. Even the weather was better than was forecast, mid twenties most days, and the odd storm at night did not bother us at all. Overall a good holiday"
