About this house rental
Welcome to your canal-front paradise in Marathon! This spacious 2-story home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, perfect for creating unforgettable vacation memories.
The first floor features two king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, the main living area, boasts a living room and kitchen with stunning water views and seating for 8. The master suite is also located on this floor which includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Step out onto the screened balcony from the master suite or living room and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and waterviews. The guest room has two queen beds, and a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hallway.
Outside, you'll find an inground prestine pool, ample outdoor seating, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen area. An ice machine is provided to easily fill your boat coolers before heading out on the water. With boat dockage right at your doorstep, you're just a short distance from open water and an easy paddle to the best bonefish flat in Marathon, where you can enjoy fishing, diving, sandbar trips, or a sunset cruise.
Please note:
* We do offer two kayaks.
* Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $175/week.
* The boat lift and elevator are not available for guest use.
* Please do not touch any pool equipment.
* We require a 7-night rental, Saturday to Saturday, as per the City of Marathon regulations.
* Absolutely no smoking unless outside with doors and windows shut and you must clean up after yourself.
