We love that the house located on a Quiet street 4 houses in from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and minutes from the Ocean Side and Sombrero Reef via VACA cut, with Miles of a "New" Bicycle/ walking lane along aviation Blvd. right at the end of the street, and only minutes (3 miles) from Sombrero Beach and 5 Miles from the newly restored "Old 7 Mile Bridge" walking and biking bridge spanning 2 miles to Pigeon Key.
This Ground Floor, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering and is handicap accessible also providing a handicap accessible floor level shower in one bathroom. We are pet friendly but there is a pet fee of 200.00 that applies for the week
ample parking for several vehicles and even room out front for a boat trailer........ Bringing your boat??? then you will love the fact that the boat ramp is 1/4 mile down the road making launching your boat a dream.
The floor plan is a open plan with all rooms connected to the main living room area. Every bedroom is equipped with "smart" flat-screen TVs. as well as a big screen TV in the living room. with 3 of the 4 bedrooms equipped with the own "Mitsubishi" A/C units for personal temperature preference.
CANAL: The property is located on a True "Flow Through" Canal which supports abundant ocean life, with snapper, parrot fish, nurse sharks, tarpon, lobsters and many more spotted daily at our 90' Dock (60'usable as our boat & lift take up 30')
2 paddle boards a available for your enjoyment of the large bay out front loaded natural coral located at the end of the canal
An amazing, inground, beach entry pool with hot tub w/ waterfall Grotto measures 40'x 15'. There is a Tiki hut sits right at the beach entry end of the pool with an outside pool 1/2 bathroom right at poolside as well as a outside hot/cold fresh water shower also the jumbo size Chess / Checkers as well as Corn Hole located in the front sandy area along the canal.
Newly designed landscaping/fencing was laid out with privacy in mind.
Large Outside Screened in Lanai measuring 40'x 20' with outside bar area with sink, sitting and eating area. also full size refrigerator for beverages as well as a small Bait freezer and Ice machine for the fishermen.
This property is strictly a Sun-Sun, 7day rental property, we do not rent nightly.

Perfect property for the whole family, including our dogs! Plenty of space for all. The fishing off the dock and ease of access to the Gulf was fantastic! The green light, ice machine, large dock space simply incredible. We saw manatee, tarpon, nurse shark, barracuda, grouper, snapper and even a bald eagle - that was right on property! The pool/spa area was extremely private, with no detail missed. The Marathon airport isn’t an issue, in case you were concerned. Close to grocery stores and good restaurants. We will be back next year - already booked! Thanks to Craig and family for sharing this beautiful home!

The outdoor areas were the greatest perk! Loved all aspects the heated pool, hot tub and waterfall. The interior was very comfortable and well equiped - especially with the extra refrigerator and ice machine.
