Lovely little place to stay for a weekend of walking at carding mill! The staff were friendly and more than welcoming, we tried some cocktails the evening we arrived which were lovely as was the breakfast the following morning. Our bedroom was spacious with a large bathroom & the bed was extremely comfy - enjoyed having my own duvet to be honest so my partner couldn’t rob all the blanket! The fan was extremely useful given the recent hot weather so thank you for considering this!
Few issues with cold water both from the sink and shower- wouldn’t come out at all at times then at points would be scolding hot. Could do with some more loo rolls in the room to have to hand but otherwise perfect stay :)

Its such a freindly and relaxed hotel and the owners and staff were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. For anyone wanting to walk the Long Mynd or other parts of the Shropshire Hills its an ideal base. The town of Church Stretton has plenty of pubs, cafes,restaurants and takeaways.
