Located in the highly sought-after and centrally located Lochlyn Hill, welcome home to this newly constructed and beautiful cottage in the heart of Charlottesville, conveniently located to anywhere you would want to go and surrounded by parks and Blue Ridge Mountain views! Lovingly cared for and decorated with a joyful flair and eye for design, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an office and off-street parking will have you never wanting to leave.
This house would be perfectly suited to a small family, couple, or two friends sharing a home! The main floor includes the living room with gas fireplace, full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, and bedroom with queen bed, along with a front porch and balcony.
Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, and a secondary living room/den with TV.
Downstairs, a quiet office provides ideal working-from-home conditions, as well as access to the driveway and garage.
I live close by and am happy to help with anything you might need, but I am always respectful of your privacy.
Security Hold Notice
Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.
This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.
If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment costs incurred at the time of booking.
If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates, we are happy to refund any recovered amounts (less the processing fee).
