Walk to the downtown mall, Main St or UVA. 3-bedroom gem in downtown Charlottesville. This modern apartment features a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. You will be able to relax in this fully equipped apartment. Backyard is fully fenced in and separate from the upstairs apartment. Two cars can park in the driveway. With WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, guests can unwind in this inviting space. The two bathrooms offer a refreshing shower and a convenient hair dryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Charlottesville. I do require a signed contract and a government photo ID.

This property was clean, comfortable and convenient to so many great shops and restaurants! The open living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire pit on the back deck. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for a great weekend. The two parking spaces at the property are stacked and kind of steep, but there is plenty of easy parking on the street in front of and behind the house. On our walk to the mall on Saturday we stumbled upon two amazing farmers markets then enjoyed shopping and a delicious lunch at the mall. The drive to the wineries was easy and scenic. The host provided clear instructions in advance and was friendly and professional in all communications. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Charlottesville.

This was a great option for UVA graduation. It comfortably accommodated my husband and me, plus two adult daughters, with the amenities we needed for the weekend. It is much nicer inside than the Google street view may present. We walked to dinner on Main Street and near the Downtown Mall. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
