The seating area is perfect for relaxing in front of the Smart 42" TV, and the dining table doubles as a convenient workspace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the cooking essentials.
The bedroom features a soft double bed, neutral tones with vibrant accents, and plenty of storage to make unpacking a breeze. A spacious, fully tiled bathroom includes a walk-in shower, clean finishes, fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fee prior to check-in. This is refunded after post-checkout inspection and subject to compliance with house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorised extra guests, no noise/loud music during quiet times 8 pm - 8 am, no parties.
