About this house rental
A quiet house at the end of a private cul-de-sac in the picturesque village of Le Vieil.
The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and shops are 300 meters away. Other beautiful beaches on the island are easily accessible by bike. The town center of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île is 3 km away.
Ideal for a wonderful family vacation.
Stays of 4, 5, 7, or 14 nights minimum, depending on the season.
For Easter vacation and the months of July and August, check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.

The house consists of:
A bright, east-west-facing living area with an open kitchen featuring an island,
3 bedrooms on the first floor:
- First bedroom: double bed (160x200)
- Second bedroom: double bed (140x200)
- Third bedroom, bunk beds 90x200
Sheets and towels are provided but simply laid out (you’ll need to make the beds yourself)
Please be sure to specify the number of guests and any desired room arrangements when making your reservation.

New hotel-quality mattresses.
Dish towels and bath mats are provided.
The house features a private terrace at the back (southwest-facing) overlooking a small garden, complete with a dining table and chairs, a barbecue (during the summer), a shade sail, and a sofa and garden chairs.
One parking space is available on the property in front of the house; a second car can be parked in front of the house.
There is a space to store bicycles at the back of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction cooktops, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a raclette machine...
Complimentary first supply of coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €65

There are two ways to get to Noirmoutier Island:
-Either via the bridge (free of charge) from Fromentine
-Or via the Passage du Gois, a causeway that becomes submerged at high tide. It’s a lovely route, but be sure to check the tide schedules. Be sure to check the details
