Maisonsdouces KERGANE Le Vieil, La Madeleine, 10 meters from the beach, on the Dune

We (3 adults, a 5year old child and a dog) spent a wonderful fall week on Île de Noirmoutier! Kergane is a beautiful, well equipped house with a great garden! We couldn’t wish for a better location and can only highly recommend it! Thanks Stephanie 😉

This house is wonderful. The owner takes good care of it. everything was functioning fine and a very nice taste. Even the bicycles were in good condition. Great location, just right next to the sea. We did spend two lovely weeks on that Irland and had a very relaxing time in the house and very well maintained garden. Pure pleasure! Thank You!!

We have spent a wonderful 2 week vacation at this marvellous place "Kergane" en Noirmoutier. The house and it`s lovely interiour made us feel like home right from the start. It is only a rock throw away from the beach, where you can sit in a very calm bay and watch the tide, or just enjoy the sunset and sundown. The house contained all we needed. From bicycles, fishing rods, barbecue, Boule and a lot of games and books for the kids. Our 5 year old daughter was so proud to ride a mountainbike that fitted her size, with 5 gears. Le Vieil is a perfect location to start and discover the island by bike. You can go by bike to l'Herbaudiere or Bois de la Chaize comfortable within 30 Minutes. A Supermarket with bakery is closeby. The centre of Noirmoutier is also close by bike. There are several restaurants and shops, and 4 times a week a fishmarket in Noirmoutier, with a huge selection of local seafood. Noirmoutier is a fantastic place for a family vacation. We can definitely recommend this house. There was enough space for the 4 of us (two kids, and parents) plus the grandparents, that came to visit us for a week. We would love to come back one day and stay even longer.
