Here is a house for a relaxing holiday in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, you can enjoy it with friends or family, as it can accommodate up to 7 people.
Its outdoor space offers you a multitude of possibilities, you can start the day with a nice juice and a fresh croissant, then enjoy some sunbathing whilst the children play in the garden, and finally get together in the evening to prepare some good grilled food whilst sipping an aperitif. Moreover, you are 400m from the large beach of la Clère, you will only need to take your towel to go for a swim.
The living area is welcoming, its large bay windows overlooking the garden and the ceiling height make it a pleasant place where you will enjoy gathering. As for the kitchen, it is very well equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press) to provide you with maximum convenience.
In the evening, you can go to bed in one of the three bedrooms in the house, the first two with double beds will be ideal for couples, the third has a double bed and a single bed, so it will delight a family or children. And, for additional sleeping space, you simply need to unfold the sofa.
To make your stay even more pleasant, the accommodation has a shower room, a bathroom, three toilets, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a television, a DVD player, a barbecue and three parking spaces.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
