300 m from the beach of mardi gras, "the small hold" housing of 75 m² completely renovated in 2022 is ideally located in the north-east of the island in the small village of Le Vieil. The house is located a few meters from a spar (bread depot), bar, restaurants, newsagent. Ideal for a family with children (sailing club, fishing on foot, cycle path to visit the island)
The Old Town is a peaceful place, you can cycle or walk from alley to alley which will take you almost all to the beach. This paradisiacal place will bring you relaxation, tranquility and rest.
The accommodations are completely new, has 2 terraces, one facing south east with its pretty garden to enjoy your meals with family or friends and the other south west a little more intimate equipped with sunbeds and a plancha.
The garden is enclosed in a quiet area with an enclosed courtyard to accommodate 2 vehicles.
We have paid all our attention to the quality of the services, quality furniture, top-of-the-range equipment, comfortable bedding.
This rental adapted for 6 people is composed of:
- Two bedrooms with large wardrobes, the first with 2 beds of 90 and the second a bed of 160.
- A living room equipped with a TV, wifi, bluetooth speaker, sofa bed.
- A mezanine in the living room with 2 beds of 90 you can sleep there in peace because there is a sliding door that allows you to close the living room.
- Equipped kitchen open to the dining room
- A bathroom with Italian shower
Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot, safety barrier.
At home, you will be welcomed by the concierge Yolaine. You can choose to bring your own linen (bath towels, bath mats, dish towels) as well as your sheets or to rent them on site with Yolaine the concierge (15e per bed includes towel, bath mat, dish towels and the beds will be made on your arrival). Cleaning is provided by the concierge and must be paid on arrival in the amount of 80 euros.
