Accommodation - fine for 4 people (in the bedrooms) but living room sofa beds are uneven and one is slightly broken, they didn't have enough sheets, and the sheets that were there were dirty.
Communication - the management company employs a local guest contact. I called and emailed that person multiple times about issues I had with the property and got no response. I called the management company and was promised the guest contact will get back and resolve the issue but that never happened.
The kitchen - dishes were not clean and there was no soap nor sponge.
