We were a group of 10 in 2 families. The property is in a great location and has a well equiped kitchen. Shops, resutaurants and bars all a few minutes walk. Train and Bus station a 5 minute walk. The beds are confortable and rooms spacious. Bathrooms are stocked with handsoap, shower gel and toilet roll and are of a good standard. The lounge is comfortable and a nice place to relax as a group
There isn't a dining room table, which was stated in the listing but I would recommend more high stools around the kitchen island as 4 isn't enough for 10 guest. I would also have liked to see more coat hangers in the bedrooms (only 3 per room) and perhaps a set of drawers large enough to store clothing in each bedroom.

Very comfortable beds, great bedding, good number of bathrooms, high spec bathrooms and kitchen. Well equipped. Excellent location. Clean and welcome pack of tea and all cleaning products. As a group of 8 women it suited us well. We cooked and everything worked well. The lounge communal space was enough for us to relax. We brought seating in from the other rooms
Just 4 stools around the central island yet there was enough space to have extra fold up high chairs for use. We stood! More advance and accurate notice of there being only permit parking useful (you can park for 3 hrs with permit). Advance notice said can't flush toilet paper which isn't accurate and we resolved it. Good to have a few extra minor items -a cafetiere, tea pot

Too bedrooms but not enough comfortable communal space for larger parties. Only given 1 key for our group.
