窗戶隔音不佳，晚上車輛經過時聲音非常明顯；窗簾遮光效果不佳，窗外號誌燈還是會照進室內，建議入睡時可以戴眼罩

It's a newly renovated apartment. New and clean place with simple modern facilities. Very near to Ueno station. Convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Beds were very good and comfortable. Would be just nice place for max of 2 adults and 2 kids.

The place is much smaller than the pictures posted. No place to open luggage. There were not enough plates for 4. Also no hooks in the bathroom. The thing that troubled us was that while the passcode and lock combinations were emailed to us, when we arrived, to our surprise and confusion, the ground floor door was wide open. The lock was faulty. The key to the apartment was placed in a combination safebox but it was unlocked. Anyone could have access to the key and to the apartment that we were supposed to to stay in.
