It was close to the train station.

No elevator and the stair is small

The location is very convenient, a short walk from Ueno Station. The host was responsive and helpful, including allowing for the storage of luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out, as well as helping to carry the luggage up the stairs to the fourth floor. The room was calm and quiet.

There was only a small portable mirror and it could not be used at the sink which was awkward.

Nous avons été accueillis par un employé de l'établissement qui nous a aidé pour monter nos valises et qui nous a accompagné jusqu'à notre appartement. Le logement est très bien équipé, très confortable, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la tranquillité du quartier, avec un petit temple au bout de la rue, la SkyTree Tower qu'on voit au détour d'une rue et, surprise, la tombe du grand maître Hokusai à quelques pas. Beaucoup de petits restaurants, un très bon café . Supérettes et métro à proximité.

Notre seul "souci" a été de faire sécher nos vêtements - il faisait hélas très humide. Une suggestion: peut-être serait-il possible d'avoir une instruction en anglais pour la climatisation (nous nous sommes débrouillés avec google translate), car nous n'avons pas l'habitude d'utiliser ce type d'équipement.
