Despite the reviews, which seem one-sided and exaggerated, the hotel is very good and new. The photos are completely accurate. The rooms are spacious and clean, and pets are not allowed. The pool is clean. There is direct access to the beach. A 5-minute walk away is a Dolphin monument, from which boats depart early in the morning for dolphin-watching tours. There is also an alley nearby with bars and travel agencies.

Redelijk ruim en de badkamer is goed.
Verder is er niets wat de sfeer en entourage beter maakt.
Er is weinig sfeer in de locatie, het ontbijt is zeer matig.

My first experience stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking the beach. The staff was also friendly and kind. Overall, I recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Lovina.

The hotel is situated right next to the beach with lots of restaurants, shops & bars close by. The rooms are very big and spacious. Nice soft comfy pillows.
The hotel is clearly not aimed at western tourist. Amenities you would expect as standard (and we have had in all our other hotels in Bali) were missing, no TV, no fridge, although there was a kettle but no tea or coffee or cups were supplied & no safe. They have a lovely pool but no sunbeds or any sort of outside seating was provided anywhere. Breakfast was buffet style in the chinese restaurant a few meters away and consisted of fried rice, fried noodles, fried eggs, prawn crackers, fruit, bread & jam orange/apple juice. No tea or coffee available. Patio furniture, which i had to ask for, consisted of 2 childrens size foldable camping chairs and a similar size table. We actually ended up bringing the armchairs from inside the room outside as didnt trust the chairs not to break plus they wernt comfortable to sit on. Although the bathroom was quite big there was no where to hang towels properly, a simple towel rail would have made a big difference instead of having to throw them over the shower screen to try dry them or the shower door handle which wasnt big enough. I did ask at reception if the hotel renovation was completed which would perhaps explain the lack of facilities and was told yes, 4 months ago.
