Really was a great location in town, with a great bakery below and coffee shops and great shopping, very close to walk into the action in plaka/ acropolis but feeling more like you're in a local area. It was also a good walking distance to our conference. At the point of our trip that we were at, it was nice to have the washing machine.
I do enjoy a bit more of hotel amenities, which this place did not offer. We only had 1 set of keys which made things a bit trickier in terms of us coming and going independently. We were told after booking that we were expected to supply our own toilet paper once we ran out of the 2 rolls they provided, and they only provided 2 days worth of coffee - we stayed for 4 nights.

A modern, clean, and comfortable apartment, lots of open storage, excellent lighting, washing machine, close to to a nice supermarket as well as bakeries and restaurants, nice neighbourhood
No opening windows other than sliding patio doors which can’t be secured partially open (there is AC but it’s nice not to use it when the weather isn’t too hot).
