The spot in Kolonaki is excellent even if a bit far from subway. The tiny kitchen was equipped. A separate bedroom. A small bathroom. A large terrace on the main room and a tiny one on the bedroom. Wifi ok.
The key does not enter properly in the lock to enter the flat. It is very worrying as I never knew uf I could go back in. This must be repaired. The TV was not working and the owner was too far to come and help. There was a bottle of ouzo in the kitchen that we thought was a welcome attention for the guests, but the cleaning lady took the bottle. Very old lift.

Excellently placed, clean and cozy apartment, in walking distance from virtually everything, near two markets for groceries, direct metro line from and to the Airport : an amazing find! We'll be coming back for sure!

Great location in Kolonaki. Very spacious. Beds comfy. Well equipped to a point.
Not enough hot water even after turning on the heater hours before. TV wasn't working either. Lots of light bulbs need replacing. Mildew is bathroom needs addressing. Door handle was broken on bathroom door - so no privacy if needed (luckily I didn't). Also, do not leave keys in the apartment after checkout, I couldn't get out of the building as front door was locked (better leave them in the coded box) - I had to knock on doors and another occupant let me out.
