Excellent location in Kolonaki. Subway/buses a bit far for those who do not like walking

The spot in Kolonaki is excellent even if a bit far from subway. The tiny kitchen was equipped. A separate bedroom. A small bathroom. A large terrace on the main room and a tiny one on the bedroom. Wifi ok.

The key does not enter properly in the lock to enter the flat. It is very worrying as I never knew uf I could go back in. This must be repaired. The TV was not working and the owner was too far to come and help. There was a bottle of ouzo in the kitchen that we thought was a welcome attention for the guests, but the cleaning lady took the bottle. Very old lift.

Great location

Location was excellent, bars and restaurant close as well a grocery store on the corner. Walked to Acropolis as well as other attractions.

No coffee and one couch needs replacing as springs were poking through. Sofa bed not very comfortable.

Perfect for two in central Athens

It's an excellent location, close to most sites and we could walk. So many cafes and bars, supermarkets just a few steps away. Kitchen is very functional and overall flat is comfortable and roomy.

The flat is great for 2 people, but the sofa bed for my 17 year old son was not very comfortable at all (very uneven). Suggest you upgrade the sofa bed or only advertise for 2 people.

the location is perfect the neighborhood is quite. the flat31 owner very friendly and responsive to all my questions and doubts. i will certainly book again in my next visit to Athens.

minor maintenance needed in the flat such as the bathroom door handle, the shower head, and elevator was not working in the building for couple of days.

An oasis in Kolonaki

We stayed in the apartment during the recent Athens heatwave and it was an oasis from the heat. The apartment is a good size and very comfortable. The air conditioning was good and was really appreciated for when we stayed. The TV and all of the streaming channels were fantastic. The location is great, very central to loads of shops, restaurants and cafes. It is only a short walk in to Athens central too. The WIFI was good and fast. The balcony would have been good to use but it was too hot when we were there.

There are many small repairs that are required in the apartment and I left a note for the host when I left- hopefully he will make them quickly. The air conditioning is only in the lounge room and a fan or ceiling fan, for the bedroom, would be good.

Nice place for some nights in Athens

The appartement is situated 5 minutes away from Syntagma square and 15 minutes from Akropolis by foot. You can reach all the famous attractions of Athens on your feet. Bus stop x95 is 5 minutes away. The flat is fully equipped with all the thigs you need, even with a big balcony for having the sundowner drink. The neighborhood is very silent, it does not feel like staying in the middle of Athens. A lot of restaurants and shops are very close to the appartement.

I really liked the location in a very nice neighbourhood close to many museums, near two subway stations and bus stations. Close to Lykavitos hill and many cosy restaurants.

Central heating radiators cannot be regulated and are overheated at night. A dining table light is missing.

Very pleasant stay.

Second stay in two months, it confirmed my previous excellent experience. Nice area, secure, with lots of shops of all kind around. Quiet place, near to many points of interest, easily accessible transport. All facilities for a couple available, nice terrace (the weather was very good for using it even in December). Good instructions for using the apartment.

Great location in Kolonaki. Very spacious. Beds comfy. Well equipped to a point.

Not enough hot water even after turning on the heater hours before. TV wasn't working either. Lots of light bulbs need replacing. Mildew is bathroom needs addressing. Door handle was broken on bathroom door - so no privacy if needed (luckily I didn't). Also, do not leave keys in the apartment after checkout, I couldn't get out of the building as front door was locked (better leave them in the coded box) - I had to knock on doors and another occupant let me out.

Very pleasant stay.

Excellent location in one of the most fashionable, central and safe areas of Athens. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Easy access to important site seeing places, shopping etc. Very quiet 3rd floor apartment. Very good Wi-fi and if you want to keep up with the news a wide range of Greek and international channels available. All necessary facilities, although elaborate cooking would not be easy. But a very nice terrace to enjoy take away meals (spoiled for choice) is available. Very good instructions received and written within the apartment from the host who will also reply to any questions you have via the booking platform promptly and efficiently. Little details like coffee, washing up liquid and a kitchen cloth add to the satisfaction.

The flat is in a very convenient location, perfect to explore Athens for a few days.

The apartment is in a perfect location, with easy access to the National Gardens, the centre and night life. It is small but has everything you need for a short break, including aircon which was very much needed in Athens in August.

There was mould in the bathroom and the shower head had to be held while showering. The fridge made a very loud buzzing noise which could be heard from the bathroom. I was not able to lock the shutters in the lounge. I was told they could lock even though they looked broken, but was not told how. Most importantly, the sofa bed was not working and was replaced by a smaller sofa bed with a split in the middle, which was too small for an adult, which meant I ended up sleeping with two children in a small double bed, which was not great.

Top pick for mature Solo Traveller in Athens City

Great location for a single woman traveller. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. Easy access to bus, metro and on the X95 bus and metro routes from the airport. Very clean. Well equipped. Lift for easy access as it's on the 3rd floor.

No bedroom aircon but the sitting room aircon was good so that helped. This is just a comment. I would definitely book again!

The apartment is spacious with balconies on both sides which were a real bonus.

The location in Kolonaki is superb, especially for main museum visits. All around the apartment are excellent eating places which I made full use pf.

The lift to the third floor apartment went faulty on the second day and took a couple of days for repair.

An apartment in desperate need of maintenance, however, reasonably priced with a great location

Despite the shortcomings of this apartment, the location is excellent. Inside the apartment, the owner has provided all the essentials, and all items you really need for a short stay. There is a washing machine, kitchen with all items you might need, and lovely balcony.

The worst part of the stay was that at the beginning of our stay a piece of metal from the apartment above broke and with the wind it continually banged loudly on the pipes outside of the main bedroom. This meant that every few seconds there was a loud banging noise on the bedroom where we were trying to sleep which went all night. We contacted the owner who first told us this was "workers" (which it clearly wasn't at 1am in the morning!). The next day thankfully the owner made effort to get this fixed and the next night it stayed fixed till 3am when it came loose again and woke us up, started banging again on the bedroom every few seconds for the rest of the night making it extremely difficult to sleep. At this point, the morning after informing the owner that the banging had returned and asking if it could be looked at again, disappointingly, the owner completely stopped responding to us. No further fixes or any further communication with the owner occurred and luckily this was our last night. Overall the apartment is in need of maintenance. Two door handles fell off the internal doors after attempting to close/use the doors. The balcony door is damaged and hard to close/lock properly. The shower head holder is loose and doesn't keep the shower head straight or pointing at you.

Superb location in one of the finest neighborhoods of Athens. Very quiet street but lots of cafes and restaurants around. Well connected to the airport and the city center (you can actually walk to all major attractions). The flat is simple but has all you need for a nice stay! Definitely recommended!

Really close to Syntagma and all the sites. Good neighborhood plenty of restaurants and bars close to it. Ideal for visiting the city. Nikos was really helpful and flexible as he allowed us to have a (super) late checkout. Thanks a lot!!

perfect spot in Kolonaki

Flat31 is in the posh neigbourhood of Kolonaki, near Kolonaki square, on a small cul de sac off Kapsali street. There are hundreds of cafés, hairdressers, little-shops-for-things-you-dont-need, embassies and lawyers nearby. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, the one away from the lift. I say this because there is not much information at the main door downstairs. The flat itself is rather small, but they made the best out of the small space available. We did not try to cook, but the little kitchen has lots of equipment, including some non-perishable food items. The couch in the living room can be folded out to accomodate two more people. The shower is very small, but the bathroom has washing machine, too, which is a good compromise. A huge advantage of apartments (compared to hotels) is that guests have the WiFi to themselves. Unfortunately, the little box near the TV is rather outdated. It worked, though. Overall, every piece of equipment and furniture was in very good condition and useful. Transportation is easy via metro line M3 (the one with the airport). Flat31 is about halfway between Syntagma and Evangelismos (a bit closer to the latter). This is a very nice central location, especially if one has business in Kolonaki.
