It is very close to the city center. The beds are comfortable. It has whatever you need during your stay.
The bathroom needs renovation. It has a jacuzzi but it is so old and they placed a smaller glass to make it look like a shower but it is so dangerous because it is very difficult to fit inside the glass door. It could be better if there was another bathroom in the second bedroom. To access the bathroom you need to go through the bedroom. The lift to the 6th floor also causes problem when you go up. It stops before the right place. That lift also needs service.

The area was so cozy, Kolonaki is one of my favorite areas in generel. I really like the place, and the view from the bed was magical!! Perfect for a morning and night hike at mount lycabettus, you will see pictures linked below. I would recommend this place a lot🌞💫🧿
Only thing was that the jacuzzi was broken:(
