The property is in an excellent location. The apartment had an eclectic feel to it. The street can be a little noisy which was expected in the middle of the city which added the cultural experience. When the windows were closed you couldn’t hear anything as the bedroom was in the back of the house. If you open the window and the back shutters you get a nice breeze come through the house. Great place great stay would definitely recommend it.
The hot water system gave very little time and it sometimes went cold mid shower and I don’t take long showers.

Fabulous location and very comfortable apartment! We loved exploring the neighbourhood and beyond. Excellent communication with friendly and helpful hosts. Great amenities provided by the apartment as well. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this as a base in Athens. Love the beautiful vase feature wall!
The hot water system does auto turn off after a set time so you can get caught out in the cold if you’re not quick! We also bought and left a few extra pegs for the clothes line which we hope will come in handy for future guests :)

A very comfortable and clean 1 bedroom apartment with a separate small kitchen, washing machine and a balcony fitted with a clothes line. The most comfortable king sized bed with airconditioning in the bedroom and lounge room … we had the best sleep of our whole holiday ! Location was excellent (10-15 min walk from Syntagma) in a quiet neighborhood with lots of cafes nearby. Beatrice our host was a delight and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
