The location is fantastic. Kolonaki is a great neighbourhood. It's about 15 minutes walking from Syntagma Square. There's a very convenient supermarket across the street, and many bars for coffee in the area. The apartment was small, but cosy. It had good working air-conditioning. The WiFi works fine. The sitting area outside is a nice feature. A good spot to sit and relax. The small kitchen was handy to have, including the fridge.
The bed/matras for me was a bit on the hard side, and it was not easy to get a good night's rest. I also found dust underneath the bed. It could be cleaned a bit better overall.

Closed to everything, both rooms had AC, host answered every of our requests in a timely manner.

You get what you pay for. Don't expect too much, though. It's in a basement. Okay for 1-2 nights. Nothing fancy. The little garden is nice. AC works, that's very important. 10 mins to Syntagma.
There was no charger for the Wi-Fi, so the internet was down after a day. I'm sure this problem will be addressed. The sofa bed wasn't made when we arrived.
