Calm country cottage

Amazing value for money. great shower pressure. Modern, bright, roomy and spacious feeling. comfortable mattresses. clean. beautiful quiet country spot not too far from aberystwyth. Quiet playground across the road was gr8 for the kids, as well there's a stream just behind it where the small kids could paddle a bit. also a nice stream / paddling / BBQ spot if you go up the road a few minutes then turn down a path (sharp left from the road). we went a lot to the beach and attempted to see dolphins at New Quay - nice boat ride and saw the top half of a dolphin for 2 seconds... there are plenty hill walks, and a long walk to Borth beach which is nice and sandy and shallow water for some distance into the sea.

There are graves filling the front and back garden, visible from all the windows, from back when this was a chapel. There is a mechitzo/wall separating the ones in the front garden from the house access. If you have little children with you you may want to prepare them. No mobile reception at the property with EE, 02 (Sky), or vodafone (Lebara). needed to go 3 minutes up the road by car to get reception. As well there was EE WiFi but neither my basic FIG mobile or smartphone succeeded in connecting for WiFi calling, it just disconnected immediately after connecting. There is a steep driveway leading up to the property, shared with the neighbour, you will need to park on the right side to allow neighbour access. the big building opposite isn't a farm as we thought, it's a waterworks facility.

Amazing cottage and area really peaceful and calm loved the stay and my kids loved the scenery around especially my 3 Yr old who loved the playground across the road

There nothing to write it was just amazing my kids wanted to extend the stay but it was fully booked
