Welcome to our beautiful Palm Tree Retreat.

Nestled between lakes and mountains, only 8 miles to the coast, with some of the best Welsh mountain bike routes nearby, this is an ideal location for group vacations.

Full renovation completed April 2024, this exclusive grounds are on over 4 acres, with full disabled access and parking for over 20 vehicles.

As a self-catering house, ideal for bringing a caterer, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The catering kitchen has a two huge fridges, a dishwasher, a catering size gas range, five freezers and a microwave. There are 8 catering style stainless steel prep. tables and a 50 litre hot water urn.
The dining room seats up to 80 in comfort.
There is a relaxed TV lounge area and a chill lounge / games room with brand new full size Table Tennis and electric Air Hockey tables.

The Bedrooms are mostly bunkbeds, with some containing a mix of single and bunk beds. A detailed floor-plan can be sent upon request.
The house is a budget place for groups to enjoy this outstanding area of Wales. It is a bunkhouse, so hotel standards of accommodation should not be expected.
There is Star-link internet access.

For a set bed containing duvet cover, sheet, pillow cover, Bath & hand towel, the price is £7.80 per guest.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed. No fires allowed anywhere on the site.
- There are free parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- The house is in a very rural location with single lane road access for 5 miles.
- extra care has to be taken with young children on the grounds.
