One bedroom Apartment Alex near the beach Costa Adeje

The apartment is located in an older but very well-maintained building with private parking, where we could always find a free space. The building also has a beautifully maintained private courtyard with a swimming pool, which was never crowded. Air conditioning was not necessary, not even a fan, as the apartment has excellent natural ventilation through the windows and balcony. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location is excellent. Agent Alessia was wonderful to communicate with — professional, friendly, and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this apartment.

The apartment could be better equipped to make guests feel more comfortable, especially during longer stays. There are no extra sets of towels or bed linen, so the only available set has to be washed and dried before it can be used again.. For guests who plan to prepare meals, be aware that some of the basic kitchen items are missing, such as a cutting board. The knives are not very sharp, and a little more cookware would be useful. However, the kitchen does provide the very basic essentials needed to prepare simple meals. The biggest issue is actually the corner sofa, which definitely needs to be replaced. It is completely worn out, uncomfortable both for sitting and especially for sleeping, and it was also really dirty. During our stay, we purchased many items that we were unable to take with us, so we left them in the apartment for future guests. These included salt, sugar, flour, some coffee, aluminium foil, baking paper, liquid hand soap, large bottle of shower gel, a large supply of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, some cleaning products, a beach umbrella, and a few other useful items. We hope they were kept in the apartment and they are helpful to the guests who stayed after us.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need if you wanted to cook, situated in a great position close to playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje so best of both worlds.

Прекрасная локация! Расположение апартаментов в очень хорошем месте, всё рядом, в пешей доступности пляжи, рестораны, магазины, Siam Park, остановки и автовокзал.

В целом апартаменты соответствуют ожиданиям по уровню чистоты, однако есть ряд моментов, на которые стоит обратить внимание для повышения комфорта гостей. Некоторые полотенца имели не самый свежий запах, также в помещении ощущался лёгкий затхлый аромат. Кухонная зона оснащена базово, но чайник был недостаточно чистым, а тостер уже требует замены из-за следов пригорания внутри. Хотелось бы видеть более аккуратную посуду, а также наличие хороших ножей и разделочной доски. Из бытовых мелочей — губки и тряпки для посуды выглядели уже использованными, а средство для мытья посуды практически закончилось, отсутствуют дополнительные мешки для мусора. Утюг, заявленный в описании, отсутствовал, а гладильная доска оказалась в состоянии, затрудняющем её использование. Вместо одеял предоставляются пледы, что может подойти не всем гостям. Ванные принадлежности (мыло, гель) представлены в формате небольших пробников, поэтому, возможно, стоит предусмотреть более полный набор. Если планируете готовить, стоит иметь в виду, что большинство базовых продуктов и мелочей придётся приобретать самостоятельно. Отдельное спасибо предыдущим гостям за оставленные приправы и соль — это оказалось полезным. Отзыв основан на проживании в период с 30 марта по 11 апреля.

Chciałbym powiedzieć że nie polecam tego miejsca .Nigdy nie spotkałem się że bez mojej obecności wchodzi pan opiekun o imieniu GEROMY do apartamentu .Nie uzgodnił terminu nawet nie nie powiadomił.Do piero po opuszczeniu domu napisał że był.Oprocz tego był bardzo nie miły i chamski , co do apartamentu to zastaliśmy na miejscu śmierdzące ręczniki ,brakowało deski do krojenia plus w nocy pojawiały się duże karaluchy .
